This journey is for those who feel ready to go deeper.

Over the course of six sessions, we create space to explore the patterns, beliefs, emotional wounds, and subconscious conditioning that may be influencing your life, relationships, and sense of self.

This is where all of my work comes together-Shadow Work, Karuna Reiki, subconscious exploration, intuitive guidance, and personalized practices designed specifically for your unique journey.

Together, we gently uncover what has been hidden, avoided, or carried for too long, creating greater awareness, understanding, and compassion for the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen and healed.

Because meaningful transformation happens as much between sessions as during them, you will also receive personalized practices and ongoing support to help you integrate the work into your daily life.
